THE BRAVE COUPLE 

A long time ago, there was a sorcerer who had a jewel that had the power, of any kind that people had, although he only helped people to get a reward. The sorcerer's personality was bitter, arrogant and arrogant. It did not help people without money. The sorcerer lived in a huge castle, to get to where he was, had to go through different traps, because he did not like to be bothered by poor people. A young, humble couple was presented with a giant problem, their newborn son could not breathe well and was on the verge of death. The couple could not find a way to save him, because his illness had no cure. The couple very sad for not finding a solution to save their son, they think of stealing the jewel from the sorcerer. 

It was a very difficult task because many obstacles had to go through him and the sorcerer would kill them in the attempt to steal. The couple, with a little fear, decided to enter the forest where the sorcerer's castle was located. First they had to pass a lake full of murderous and dangerous crocodiles where they almost lost their lives. The second test was to face some wolves that guarded the castle. The couple was able to leave the place alive even though they wounded the woman. The third test was to cross a volcano full of lava, very dangerous. When the couple finally made it to the castle, they looked for a way to enter the castle through a window, waited until it was dark, and when the sorcerer fell asleep, the jewel was stolen.The first wish was for his son to recover and after they did, the second wish was for everyone to be rich and the third was to disappear the jewel. The sorcerer when he woke up decided to take his own life because he felt that after that his life was a pity. After this the life of the town where they were completely changed, everyone had gold, wealth and luxuries. There came a time when the townspeople realized that the money did not solve all the problems and they all began to commit suicide little by little. The 

town was abandoned and the family that fought so hard to make their people happy also decided to end their lives because they felt they damaged their population. That is the tragic legend of Fakeland, the ghost town that lies just outside of bruges,Belgium.
